Step Into Your Power

Stepping into your power can be scary, and often times we just need guidance to unlock what is already in us! Here we will focus on self-compassion, while releasing what no longer serves you so you can step into your most vibrant, authentic self!

During your session, I am able to pick up on details that you may not recognize within yourself. This can be things such as energy, emotions, trauma, blocks that are keeping you stuck and also the things that light up your soul. My goal with every session is that you leave feeling lighter and with the clarity that you need to feel empowered in decision making.

You'll receive on 60 minute session.
